How far ahead should we book?
Weddings: 6–12 months out for peak dates (October–April). Portrait sessions: 3–6 weeks is usually plenty, though fall weekends fill fast.
What happens if it rains?
Florida happens! We watch the forecast together and reschedule at no cost if weather won't cooperate. Overcast, for the record, is beautiful light.
Can we reschedule?
Yes — one free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit simply moves to the new date.
How long is a session?
Portrait sessions run about 60 minutes (newborns up to 2 hours, at baby's pace). Wedding coverage is tailored to your timeline.
How many photos do we get?
Portrait sessions typically deliver 40–80 edited images; weddings several hundred. We never cap the good ones.
When will we see our photos?
A sneak peek within 72 hours. Full portrait galleries in 2–3 weeks; weddings in 4–6 weeks.
How are photos delivered?
Through your private online gallery. You'll get an email with your gallery link and a 4-digit PIN for full-resolution downloads.
Can we print the photos ourselves?
Your package includes personal printing rights. For wall-art quality we recommend ordering through your gallery's print store — we quality-check every order.
Can we use photos commercially?
Personal use is included. For commercial use (a business, publication, or brand), message us and we'll set up a simple license.
What should we wear?

Where do sessions happen?
Orlando, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Jacksonville, and Cocoa Beach — beaches, historic districts, parks, or your home.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within our six home cities is included. Beyond that, we quote a simple flat travel fee up front — never a surprise.
How do deposits work?
10% holds a portrait session date; 20% holds a wedding date. The balance is due before your session (or per your wedding payment plan).
What payment methods do you take?
Square (any card), Venmo, and Zelle. Wedding payment plans are available.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable (they hold your date against other bookings) but transferable to a rescheduled date with 48 hours' notice.
When should we schedule maternity photos?
The sweet spot is 28–34 weeks — beautifully round, still comfortable. We'll help pick the date when you book.
When should newborn photos happen?
Ideally within the first two weeks. Book while pregnant and we'll hold a flexible window around your due date.
Do you photograph sunrise sessions?
Yes — it's our favorite. East-facing beaches mean sunrise over the ocean, empty sand, and cool air. Worth the alarm, promise.
Are both of you at every wedding?
Yes. Every wedding includes both of us — two perspectives, one story. For portrait sessions, you'll usually have one of us, sometimes both.
Can pets join our session?
Please. Dogs make galleries better. Bring treats and a leash-holder friend.
Do you photograph proposals?
Yes — we'll help you plan the spot and the timing, then hide in plain sight until the yes.
